From Water Street Tampa‘s 26-story JW Marriott hotel to Related Group’s new luxury apartments on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg, iconic developments are changing the landscape of the entire Tampa Bay region.

The region’s multifamily boom rolls on, with projects underway from downtown Tampa to downtown St. Pete. Hotels and an office building are also rising around the area.
